The Ohio Squirrels would like to wish Dan Matulis, Milford HS Senior, good luck in his upcoming trip to Junior National Camp in California the weekend of June 18-21. Dan has the opportunity play against the top 31 players in his age group around the country and have a chance to be picked to attend the Junior World Championships in Croatia.

Milford HS is back open for practice.

This coming Thursday, April 24 from 9:00pm - 10:30pm, we will have practice at Milford HS. More information to come on practices following that. We will be going back to our Tuesday & Thursday schedule soon enough.

Also, we have practice this Sunday at Xavier University from 7pm - 9pm. (scrimmage)

Ohio Squirrels traveled to Athens, OH this past weekend to participate in the 5th Annual Athens Showdown hosted by Ohio University.

First game was on Saturday against Northern Illinois. Strong speed and fierce defense allowed the Squirrels to jump out on top 6-1 in the first half. Squirrels used their lead to work on fundamentals and specific plays and ended up winning 8-1 against the Huskies.

Milford is still experiencing pool construction and will continue to be closed until further notice.

We will be having practice opportunities at the University of Dayton on Thursday evenings and at Xavier University. Please continue to check your email.

During the month of March, Milford HS will undergo construction. This will keep the pool closed till about March 23, 2009. In the meantime, the Ohio Squirrels will be moving their practice location to Xavier University for Sundays, 7pm - 9pm on March 1, 15 & 22.

Also, the University of Dayton Men's Team has offered Thursdays for scrimmaging purposes.
